the minutes of the March 25, 2006 assembly meeting.

a liquor license for Roma's Restaurant - 327 Seward Square #1

Endorse
Southeast Conference's RES. 2006-14: requesting DOTPF to effectively deploy two
fast ferries in Lynn Canal, Sitka, and Prince William Sound starting in the
summer of 2006 and to release quarterly, performance data to the affected
communities, allowing for a detailed analysis and evaluation of AMHS
performance and service on those routes.

2006-15: Support the CBS to be Host City for the 2009 Alaska Travel Industry
Association (ATIA) Annual Convention by proposing in its FY2009 budget there be
a line item for consideration of financial resources.

2006-14: Amending the SGC at Chapter 23.20 by amending the title from
"Commercial Use of Parks, Recreation Facilities and Trails” to
"Commercial Recreational use of Municipal Lands and Facilities," and
amending Sections of Chapter 23.20 to establish..

2006-16: Amending Title 22 Zoning of the SGC to tighten the bed and breakfast
regulations

2006-18: Amending SGC Section 18.08.020 "Disposal" to increase the
municipal personal property dollar amount that the municipal administrator can
dispose of without assembly approval from $1,000 to $25,000

2006-19: Amending the SGC by adding a new Section 10.44.055 that establishes a
process for the municipal review of outdoor recreation lodge liquor license
applications, and amending the SGC sales tax provisions to tax liquor sales by
lodges with outdoor recreation lodge liquor licenses.
