B.     RES. 2006-23: Supporting reauthorization of the secure rural schools and community Self Determination Act (PL 106-393)

C.    RES. 2006-24: Recognizing Sitka as a Rural Community for subsistence purposes

D.    ORD. 2006-40: Amending SGC Section 15.01.020 and 15.01.030 to provide a reduced rate for consumers using over 100,000 kilowatt hours in a month and to obtain actual costs incurred for labor and subcontractor fees

E.     Approve request for reimbursement of restoration materials for an ally in public ownership
