The Human Resources Director, Mark Danielson, is responsible for municipal employee records, benefits, recruitment, and compliance with federal and state laws and maintenance of Personnel Policies. The director takes the lead on advertising and filling of all vacancies within the municipality. He is also the point person for union negotiations and compliance with the city's three contracts: PSEA, ASEA and IBEW.
