Girl Scout Troop 4140, in cooperation with the Electric Department and Sitka Conservation Society, has put together informational videos on energy saving tips. They include short videos on Energy Efficient Lighting, Hot Water Heating and Caulking.
Just weeks ago, the State of Alaska added $37.5 million to the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation rebate program. AHFC seeks to give Alaskans the opportunity to weatherize their homes and experience energy savings of up to 50% per household. Click the above link to get more information.
