The subdivision is located out Halibut Point Road along Kramer Avenue and Jacobs Circle. (Turn right onto Kramer Avenue, at the tall green fence, just past Cascade Creek)
Water, sewer, and electrical services are available in the Jacobs Circle right of way.
The parcels are to be zoned R-1. Single family homes, duplexes, homes with an apartment, and zero lot line subdivisions are allowed in this zoning district.
With the exception of zero lot line subdivisions, the lots CANNOT be subdivided in the future. The plat contains a subdivision restriction that was placed on the property due to the grades of the parcels.

Properties that do not sell during the auction will be available, on a first come – first serve basis over the counter through the Sitka Planning Office.
Properties will be transferred by Quit Claim Deed.
