Water, sewer, and electrical services are available in the Jacobs Circle right of way.
The parcels are to be zoned R-1. Single family homes, duplexes, homes with an apartment, and zero lot line subdivisions are allowed in this zoning district.
With the exception of zero lot line subdivisions, the lots CANNOT be subdivided in the future. The plat contains a subdivision restriction that was placed on the property due to the grades of the parcels.
