City Staff Email Groups

You should not use long lists of recipients in the 'TO:' field of your e-mail. This exposes all persons on the list to junk-mail.

Our new e-mail server supports the use of 'groups' for e-mail. Use the following group names in the 'TO:' field of your e-mail to send the mail to all members of the group. Note: the sender does not receive a copy of the message even if he/she is in the destination group. Also, a reply to a group message goes only to the sender of the message not to the whole group.
