Guidelines on LEPC Meetings (Resolution 99-727)
- The Sitka LEPC shall meet at least once per month and at a time and place designated by the committee.
- The Sitka LEPC shall comply with state statutes and municipal ordinances governing public meetings and reasonable public notice of meetings.
- Four members (with at least one from four of the major categories) shall constitute a quorom for transaction of business.
