General Statement of Duties
Provides to the Electric Department Director high-level administrative support by preparing, coordinating, monitoring, and reviewing bids documents, professional services contracts, construction contracts, and other services agreements for the Electric Utility.
Distinguishing Features of the Class
The principal function of an employee in this class is to manage the contracts, prepare related documents, coordinate, monitor, and review professional services agreements, construction contracts, and other service agreements for the Electric Utility. The work is performed under the direct supervision of the Electric Department Director, but considerable leeway is granted for the exercise of independent judgment and initiative. An employee in this class performs the duties of other employees or related departments as required or as assigned by supervisory personnel.
