To reduce congestion and preserve voter access to Harrigan Centennial Hall on election day, cruise passengers will be shuttled to the O’Connell Bridge Dock lightering facility on May 28th.
Tour operators have been encouraged to meet visitors at the O’Connell Bridge, as the main driveway loop in front of Harrigan Centennial Hall will be open for public parking and not reserved for tour vehicle use. Smaller tour vehicles will utilize the Crescent Harbor parking lot on this day.
