2022 Annual Short-term Rental and B&B Report
The Planning and Community Development Department completes an annual review of all Conditional Use Permits (CUP) for Short-term Rentals (STR) and Bed and Breakfast (B&B) in Sitka. Responding to this report is required for all active STRs and B&Bs, respond using the link below.

Smart Growth America conducted a free land use code audit, culminating in an Assembly presentation and a community workshop in September 2017. This audit is a natural progression of the comprehensive plan update process. SGA's recommendations are summarized in the memo found at the link below.
