Technology Assistance Form

Welcome to the Sitka Public Library Technology Assistance Request form. 

Using this form, you can request assistance with using different types of technology.

We cannot assist with the following issues:

• Repairing broken, locked, or infected devices/apps
• Typing and proofreading documents
• Setting up new devices
• Sensitive financial or personal information (ex. taxes, online banking, Permanent Fund Dividend applications)

Please note that same-day sessions are not available. Appointments are subject to availability of library staff. The librarian will contact you as soon as possible to schedule your session.
