If you need to file a police report for insurance purposes or you believe your item was stolen follow the link below:

• If the item was lost on an airplane please contact the specific airline (see the ‘Airline Information’ toggle in this list for contact information).
• If the item was left while at TSA please contact TSA at 907-771-2935 or go to TSA.gov.
• If the item was left elsewhere in the airport, use this form to report the loss:
