Fire Division

The Fire Division of the Sitka Fire Department consists of approximately 20 active volunteer firefighters. The division responds to an average of 150 calls per year, ranging from house, motor vehicle, and boat fires, to traffic accidents, hazardous materials response, and public service calls. Fire Division also provides public education on fire safety.
