Student registration for 2026 Reading Buddy Program at the Library

Sitka Public Library invites children entering second grade and third grade this fall to register to participate in the annual Summer Reading Buddy program. Buddies meet up for one hour each week at the library to read.

2026 City Spring Clean-Up & Household Hazardous Waste Collection event

The annual City Clean-Up event will be held 8am- 4pm daily from April 25 to May 3.
Household hazardous waste will be collected from 8am-4pm on May 2 and 8am to 3:00pm on Sunday, May 3.
