The City and Borough of Sitka Public Works Department advises the public that the bridge to the Overburden Site on Granite Creek Road will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 4 and 5, while crews dig test holes as part of the design process for a new bridge.
During the closure, access to the Overburden Site will be available via the gate from Harbor Mountain Road.
