The elevator at City Hall, 100 Lincoln Street, is currently out of service.
For Customer Service, parking is available in the front lot on Lincoln Street, or call 907.747.1818, option #2 for assistance. Customer Service hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
To access departments on the second and third floors, please use the back parking lot entrance on Harbor Drive and check in with Public Works, or call Administration at 907.747.1812 for assistance.
