Starting Saturday, September 1 at Sitka Public Library, kids aged 6 to 10 years-old can register to participate in the Fall Reading Dragons and Friends program. This is a collectable card game that rewards kids for reading. Cards range from dragons to other mythical creatures, like hippocampus, kelpies, carbuncles, kitsunes, unicorns, griffins and more. Participants can battle players with their cards or collect them just for fun! Readers can sign up at the library to get the Fall reading tracker and a free pocket card binder. This program runs through December 19.
